The past is your best teacher What is a Past Life Regression? It’s about discovering if the sitter has been here before, who and what they were and how often they have been here, if at all. For this to happen, the sitter is put into a Trance like or Hypnotic state. When it’s all over the sitter will know if there is anything he or she needs to address to make their life run more smoothly. What happens during a Past Life Regression? The Session, which will or won’t be Recorded, depending on the sitters wishes – to be agreed before the start of the Session. The sitter will be offered a copy of the Recording should one be made. The sitter is asked about Medical History and if they have been Hypnotised before or if there is any Medical reason that stops them from being Hypnotised. This information is required for their Safety and I, the Professional, must keep details on My Files for Seven Years. All information received and any Recordings made are entirely Confidential and will not be made available to a 3rd Party. If anything unpleasant occurred in a past life the sitter will only see it happening in their subconscious mind which has determined that they can handle the situation. From there we move on to Past Life Number Two. The same procedure is followed but, as Sessions normally last for 1 Hour we would probably only be able to cover Two Past Lives maximum. The Client is then gently brought out of their Trance like State and back to normality. Should there be more lives to explore then a further appointment can be made. What role does the sitter and the professional have during the session? It is the sitter who does all the talking. The Professional does not tell the sitter what to say. How far back can you go? Right back to the sitter’s first time on this Earthly Plane, that could take three or four Sessions, depending on the Number of Lifetimes involved. Do past lives bear any influence on to our current lives? Yes, they certainly can. Something, through no fault of their own, may have happened in a Past Life that needs to to addressed to enable things to run smoothly in this Life.
